Charlotte Henson-Tucker has more than 20 years in the professional services industry with a focus in driving solutions in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Project Managements, Recruitment and Retention. Through her experiences servicing clients like Capital One, Lowe's, Belk, Genworth Financial, Wells Fargo and Bank of America she has learned what makes a successful placement and what will-do and can-do skills make the difference.  So when she launched MetaMatch Professional Services in 2009, she was able to create a proprietary process. This process takes into account not only the specific job requirements, industry and skill sets, but also the culture and lifestyle of the talent and the organization.  She works to understand the psychology of what makes a talent do what they do in order to make a successful long-term match.

Chasity Azeez has more than seven years of operations and administrative experience. Her skills are critical in ensuring that day-to-day functionality of the office is smooth and work flow is on track. She works with MetaMatch's internal team to make sure all clients' needs are being met while acting as the first point of contact to answer questions and keep the process moving. She conducts background checks, reference checks and assessments, and follows up with both talent and organizations to make sure no ball is dropped.  Her ability to be proactive in every phase of a placement helps clients achieve the success they have come to expect from MetaMatch.

Elizabeth Denham’s role with MetaMatch is two-fold, she identifies talent for the Creative and Professional Services Divisions and she directs our marketing department. While Elizabeth has been a writer her whole life, she has worked in the commercial creative space for the last four years.  Her experience working in this area as an author, public speaker and freelance commercial writer and marketer is invaluable to MetaMatch for recruiting in this space.  She has the perfect perspective for identifying and placing the right talent with the right client each and every time. 

As our Marketing Director, Elizabeth is responsible for our website, content, marketing materials, social media and messaging.  She ensures that our clients, associates and talent understand that MetaMatch is dedicated to connecting Great Talent with Great Opportunities with professionalism and efficiency.
