Our Recruiting Division is broken down into four categories, MetaMatch Creative, MetaMatch Medical, MetaMatch Professional and MetaMatch Offshore.  Each division provides talent for clients seeking Project Based Staffing, Contract to Hire and Direct Hire assignments.  Our goal with each talent is to create a metamorphosis of change by placing the right talent in the right environment the first time around. 


Practice Divisions

Our recruiting methodology – Total Person Interviewing (TPI) – takes into account the entire candidate.  We develop our comprehensive candidate analysis by spending extensive time with them. And through the use of 5 specific, targeted questions developed with our client, we expertly evaluate a candidate’s fit for a client’s business and a particular position within their organization. 

Our client relationship platform – Total Company Understanding (TCU) – takes into account the entire organization and not just one department or area of the company.  We get in depth in order to understand our clients’ total businesses and identify the five critical needs for success within their organization.   We then work with our clients to develop 5 critical questions which we use to align the right candidate to the client and then align with a specific open position.
